Library Card Application

Library cards are available free to all Bethel residents. When you come in to register, please bring your driver's license or other identification showing your name and Bethel address. Children may have library cards when they are five years old or in kindergarten, or when they can write their names, whichever comes first. Your Bethel Public Library card may be used to check out books in most Connecticut public libraries.
Please ask about our new keytag card.

Note: You must come to the Library to sign the application form. Please remember to bring one form of identification showing your Bethel address. Your library card will be ready for you to pick up at that time. Children must be accompanied by a parent when they come to pick up their cards. You may take out items the first day.
