Yes, it is located next to the copier beyond the Children’s computers.
Do you have a computer for public use?
Yes, we have a number of computers set up for different purposes. The computers in the Reference area have Library databases including the online catalog, the Internet and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and can be reserved for 1 hour. The computers in the Children's and Teen rooms allow Internet use. We also have a scanner and a color printer. Fees are 15 cents for black and white prints, and 50 cents for color prints or a scanned picture.
Do you have a typewriter for public use?
Not at this time.
Do you have tax forms? A copier? How much? What tax forms do you keep after April 15, and how far back?
We receive forms and reproducible tax forms from the Federal government, Connecticut and New York State. We keep the reproducible books for a year. We can also show you how to download tax forms from the Internet. Printing and copying fees are 15 cents a page.
Do you have books, videos or audiobooks to help people who use English as a Second Language, people trying to improve their reading skills, or literacy volunteers?
Yes, we have them in the Adult Literacy Collection.
Do you have books or other materials in Spanish?
Yes, we have a small collection of Spanish books shelved together. The Spanish videos and CDs are shelved in their own areas among the other videos and CDs.
Do you have a way for a homebound patron to get library materials delivered at home?
Yes, we have a Homebound Service.
